About Us: Pathways of Peace Counseling and Consultation, LLC is a growing private practice dedicated to providing ethical, compassionate, and high-quality mental health services. We offer flexible work options including in-office and telehealth. We provide EMDR Basic Training and Consultation to therapists.

Position Overview: We are seeking licensed mental health professionals to provide therapeutic services to a diverse client population. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians seeking flexibility, autonomy, and a supportive professional environment.

Compensation & Payment

  • Earn a competitive negotiable rate for services provided

  • Paid bi-monthly (on or before the 15th and last day of the month)

  • Compensation based on payments received

Requirements

  • Active Ohio license (SWT, LSW, LISW, LISW-S, LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S, MFT, IMFT, IMFT-S, or equivalent)

  • Maintain all required licenses, certifications, and liability insurance

  • Ability to work independently and manage documentation efficiently

  • Commitment to ethical and professional standards

  • Willingness to follow agency policies and complete required trainings

Supervision & Support

  • Weekly supervision available for clinicians working toward independent licensure

  • Additional consultation or supervision may be required as needed

  • EMDR Training Provided

  • EMDR Consultation Included
